With this universal derailleur hanger adapter, the FollowMe Tandem can be mounted on bikes with a Sram UDH.
After mounting this adapter, a M12 X 1 thru-axle adapter can be installed.
The length of the FollowMe thru-axle adapter, should be at least the length of the current thru-axle plus 5 millimeters, so that it extends through the UDH adapter.
The following three 1mm adapters are compatible:
Thru-axle Adapter M12 X 1 - " L160
Thru-axle Adapter M12 X 1 - " L170
Thru-axle Adapter M12 X 1 - " L183
Attention:
Tighten the UDH adapter in the frame to a maximum of 25Nm. Then tighten the thru-axle adapter into the UDH adapter to a maximum of 10 Nm (This is hand tight, similar to pulling one finger on the tool).
A 12mm to 8mm hexagon is included with the adapter. This can be used as an Allen reducer when a 12mm Allen key is not available.
After mounting this adapter, a M12 X 1 thru-axle adapter can be installed.
